The tag reads: "Waste Basket Boutique by Mars of Asheville, N.C."  Deep folds, some noticeable creasing, and toning; overall in fine condition.  Measures 21.5 inches (554.6 cm.) wide at waist, 38.5 inches (97.8 cm.) in length.
