"B"OOK CLUB
"B"ook Reading Social Hour: Thursday, October 23, 7-9PM (Click link to RSVP)
Not really a book club, more like a reading party. This reading social hour will occur monthly and is a more free form opportunity to come together with other book lovers, read with friends and make new friends.
We will have chairs and benches set up around the gallery. Come, bring a book to the gallery, and read here for an hour whatever you are currently reading. Then, we'll put on some music and you can hang for an hour and mingle and chat with people about what you are reading. A good way to meet people with built-in ice-breakers I love that book! or So, what are you reading?
Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door. This event is BYOB - book! - but includes a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink.
"B"ig Book Club: Monday, November 24, 7-8:30PM (Click link to RSVP)
This club will meet for book discussion approximately once monthly and will tackle big books, in more manageable chunks. The first meeting will include discussion of chapters 1-41 (approx. 206 pp) of Herman Melville's Moby Dick.
Though participation is free, space is limited and advance registration is required. To participate, please purchase a zero-cost ticket through the link below.
