Folio. 219 pp. Bound in original black cloth boards with gilt-stamped titles along spine and front cover, color pictorial onlay on front cover. Housed in a matching cloth clamshell box with printed paper title label along spine. Printed on light blue handmade paper by the Pietro Miliani Mills at Fabriano, with patterend inside covers and free endpapers. Text by Richard de Combray; introduction by Arturo Carlo Quintavalle; postface by Anna Piaggi, each in Italian and English. Profusely illustrated with b&w and color illustrations throughout, tipped-in color photographs and prints. Slight shelfwear to the lower edge and spine of the clamshell. Overall fine.
