Pair of tripod stools designed for the Lycée Fabert in Metz (Moselle) Lorraine, France, 1940s. A versatile design which can be used as stool or table, lacquered metal base and white painted plywood seat with worn patina. The words "GATI METZ" to the verso, with the number 39 in stencil and the number 201 in white paint. 45 cm tall x 31 cm (seat diameter).
