Andrew Guenther is a visual artist based in Brooklyn, NY whose work encompasses painting, drawing, photography, and sculpture. His work "Jerry Saltz" uses imperfectly applied decals to create a masked head, presenting an alter ego of the celebrated art critic, who - though he no longer actually smokes -  has expressed a love of cigarettes and their smell. Guenther writes: "I made it in reverence to him. I really appreciate his voice. He's always so honest about his lack of credentials or pedigree."
